Brazil Butt Lift Day 5 of 35

Day 5 = Cardio Axe + Tummy Tuck

Sounds brutal, doesn’t it??  An axe plus a tuck.  Ouch!  No surgery required just hard work.  That is the answer.  You can lose those pounds and tighten your body by putting your mind to it, and putting in the time to work hard and take care of yourself through eating right and exercise.  So do it!  Don’t sit there and wish to win the lottery so that you can booked in for liposuction…it’s not going to happen.  If you win the lottery use some of that money to build a home gym or join a fitness club, get a personal trainer.  Heck if you win enough, you can get ME a personal trainer too…LOL.  Seriously though, use your money wisely and use your own body to make the changes, not a surgeon’s knife.  That is NOT the answer.  The reason I mention this is because I have seen posts through www.MyFitnessPal.com where people have talked about getting certain surgeries that would help with weight loss.  I don’t mean people that are 100+ lbs overweight talking about this.  I’m talking about people that only need to lose 20+ lbs or that want to get rid of that lower ab flab, saddlebags or to LIFT that BUTT.

Too many people stress out over the last 10 lbs, they always want a quick fix...there is no such thing.  Keep working hard and it too will drop off.  Keep Calm and Stay Strong!

I am SURE that you are going to feel much better knowing that YOU are the one that sculpted this new body of yours.  It’s that feeling of accomplishment.  I guarantee that you will look in the mirror and admire your work and say, "I did this!"   You should be proud.
Getting back to the Axe part of my day...Cardio Axe is approximately 28 minutes long.  Twenty-eight minutes of shaking your booty and working your Abs.  The twisting and the hips circles are great for toning your Abs.  With the abs getting a workout in Cardio Axe, today was followed up by Tummy Tuck.  Just when I was thinking my abs were SO conditioned, Leandro comes along and causes me pain.  A pain that I can handle though.  Tummy Tuck is about 19 minutes long.  It is a great abs workout.  I will let you know tomorrow how my abs are feeling.  The Beach Body abs drill was probably the toughest part of this workout.  I will go through and explain the moves next time I do the Tummy Tuck workout.

After I completed both the BBL workouts, I had some time to spare so I did a 20 minute Belly dance workout that I have.  I didn't log it in my journal, as I only burned about 60 calories.  I was in the dancing mood, so I went from Brazil to India.

So no real axes or knives, you just have to get up and move your body.  Whether you choose cardio or weights, or better yet a combination of both...just do something to improve your health and fitness.  You will love the results!
Today’s food…
Breakfast: High Fiber Cereal with Skim Milk and Low Sugar Protein Powder
I got my daily fiber intake and some from this meal alone.

Snack: Raspberries with Slivered Almonds
I was supposed to have Blueberries and almonds, but I change it to raspberries of course.

Lunch: Grilled Shrimp Salad/Clean Carrot Cake
Last night’s leftovers became today’s lunch.  I saved the asparagus for another meal.

There was one last piece of the Clean Carrot Cake that I made yesterday.  Now we didn’t eat the whole cake…I frozen half of it to save for another week.

Snack: Dragon Fruit and Watermelon with  5 Almonds

Dinner: Broccoli and Sole
While I was supposed to have Tofu and Broccoli, I traded the Tofu for Sole instead.  I’m not a huge fan of Tofu and I had the leftover Sole fillets that needed to be eaten.

Another great day of really good CLEAN food.

I need to get to bed now because my legs are getting all fidgety and I can't sit still any longer.  I need to rest.  I am going to try and get out for a run tomorrow as well as the Bum Bum workout that I have scheduled.
Until then…Stay Strong!

Good night

Trina
